Jenni was not set up for success and she took the blame for a whole lot of things that were out of her scope or control. Her org was heavily neutered... I wish her all the best.
Head of Worldwide Partner Org is out which isn't really surprising. Her LinkedIn resume shows she bounces from company to company acting like a pigeon every two years and she lasted around 4 years at NetApp. Selfie-King and GK keep thinking that it's everyone else that isn't doing their jobs which is why sales aren't growing. Until Selfie-King, GK, and RDB are on the streets then it's going to be more of the same year over year.
Just learned of one person that was axed this morning in the US. Not a firing either...laid off.
