Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

If you take a job lower than your current level, how is your comp affected?

Our group is going through a re-org and will re-level jobs accordingly. Does bonus change or can you carry all your current comp with you?

Bonus will be cut to whatever is in range for that role and aligned with others in that role. So like others said it depends but there are no outliers allowed without a crazy escalation process no one is going to do.

Bonus is completely dependent on what the manager wants to give you. For people to believe that it is within a specific range is ignorant. Lat 3 years, same bonus for me. Last 3 years, 6 figure bonus for manager. IT DOESN"T MATTER.

depending on how low but if you're still in the range you likely won't take a salary but, just don't expect a salary increase while you are in that role.

Go to the Appendix (Section F) of the benefits book. This is all spelled out.

It depends. If the salary cut is 20% or more I believe you can choose severance. But you have no say on the bonus. It may or may not change.
