Curious what (if any) severance they’ve been giving people during these re-orgs. Is it paid as a lump sum or every 2 weeks like a usual paycheck? Do they give a few weeks/month of benefits so these folks aren’t scrambling for immediate coverage?

Basically one paycheck (two weeks as paid biweekly) is what pretty much what everyone gets and what I've heard. Been that way for a long time. It is better than most companies offer. That was for both good and bad employees regardless from what I've seen...so they have been fairly consistent.
I don't know why you were downvoted for asking this question. Like is Bill Pulte in the room with us??
I was let go this summer for "staffing reductions" and was put on paid administrative leave for three months. I was then given a severance pay of two weeks salary for every full year I worked. Keep in mind that I had good performance reviews and no strikes against me, so they could not "fire" me. I received somewhat of a cushion. It helped give me some time to work on a certification I'd been wanting to obtain.
