I’m pretty sure by time end of week notifications go out most of management will need straight jackets from all the stress .We are all probably gonna be less useful after all this knowing if we made the cut we still may be on the next cut .Dan has made it very clear that these layoffs will be a way of life as a Vteamer .I mean go team go

As a former Senior Manager who severed from Verizon in 2023, I know the stress and worry you speak of. Its very real. I remember being so worried about what was next. Was anyone going to want to hire me? Am I a failure? How do you go find a high paying job? I came up through the frontline ranks so I had never had to interview for a high level job before outside of Verizon. It sounds silly now, but it took 3 agonizing months before I found my new job. 3 months of feeling worthless, feeling like a failure, and thinking I would end up regressing.......Well let me tell you all something very real.....THERE IS LIFE OUTSIDE OF BIG RED!. I make more money now than they ever paid me. I have more responsibility, have acquired a ton of new skills, and am very happy. Remember this everyone...Verizon trains you VERY well. Your talent is highly marketable and sought after. Yes job hunting su-ks. Yes you will get overlooked for jobs you are 100% qualified for. Trust the process and stay patient as best you can. Linkedin and Indeed are great tools. Update your cover letter for every single job you apply to. Make your job finding a job. Hang in there fellow VTeamers, YOU GOT THIS!!!!!

I have already gone out on stress called my doctor and having the forms filled out today.I suggest you all do it too stress can cause a lot of issues it can also delay them being able to lay you off
