If we get a RIF notice on Thursday, during our remaining days with Vz, will mgt give us time to focus on job search, or instead have us continue BAU, close out projects and train our replacements?

Replacements? I highly doubt there will be replacements.
@a2 absolutely…..best decision I ever made was to take the VSP in 2018 and left in 2019
If I am RIF, I will still take care of daily tasks. But I certainly won't be motivated to work on long term projects.

There is life after VZ.
Last 2 RIF I’ve been a part of VCG have been BAU for 30 days, they did have a company that helps with job displacement, my employees got to meet with them once on company time & then everything else was on their own time.
