Thiel is an id--t at best but he has the money to be an id--t. I will be laughing when NVDA double in a year. One need to hedge against losing job to AI by investing in AI

@ab but in fact AI is still hallucinating mostly

@ab It's an observable fact AI can't do squat. Anyone here try calling in to their phone/cable/wireless/bank when you need to have something done and been unable to find the prompt to get you to a human who can do what you need to have done?

Yeah. Oracle laid off almost all of the people who answer the phones, and the people who could help the customers who call in with what they need. With what customers are paying for support, I'm wondering how that's working out for them.

Oracel thought Ai can answer all customers inquiries smoothly and resolve issues.

It’s not surprising me, too much belief in AI success - AI is too fresh, laying off so many people was not a right move in my opinion
