@d6 My bet is Dental will go. HIS & MedSurg both serve hospitals. Even if HIS is not on the frontline of AI, I could imagine another "tuck-in" happening for them as a booster.
It would be worth an absolute fortune to someone who could exploit the data with AI. These LLMs have not made any progress on coding, since they just scrap.the internet. All the juicy data is with the EHRs
..or 3M. Really disappointed they still have backward thinking management and haven't monetized this great asset.
Think HIS will be sold first, or Dental?

HIS's competitors have even better AI capabilities today. The only reason to purchase HIS would be for its customer list and existing contracts.
@OP 3M couldn’t sell it. No one knows what to do with it. Maybe with more interest in AI someone will want it-or not.
