I’ve watched this place grind people down for years and it still feels the same. I don’t expect anything from here anymore, just a regular paycheck. It’s strange staying somewhere you can’t stand, but work is work. I’m keeping my head down until something better lines up.

I've gotten all of my friends and family to switch from State Farm to Progressive or Geico. I will take the paycheck until I can find something else. This place is a total and complete soulless he-l hole. Every time I'm in office I can't believe the people they hired. I feel dirty after working in the office and tired of the weed smell in the elevators and parking garage. Place has gotten so garbage!

It took yall long enough to figure out their game. How can you expect them to respect employees when they have no respect themselves.
It's going to get worse and worse. I wish they would just offer voluntary severance and put the rest of us out of our misery. Layoffs, please, at least you can get unemployment. The 2040 workforce is a recipe for disaster and these people are sc-m of the earth. This place ki-ls your soul and I figured out years ago that I could not d-mb myself down enough to even try to tolerate the level of stupidity I experience every day. Everything in this company and our society now is based on managing down to the lowest common denominator.
