Sycamore Partners doesn't care about you. This is only the beginning, and will only get worse. Sycamore Partners bought Staples in 2017. Has anyone heard about any layoffs on the outside sales team? I assume they’ll restructure specialty sales too
@b0 That's sound advice. You have to take charge of your financial future. They want people to leave anyway. The severance that you may get isn't wroth staying for and jeopardizing your ability to find a new job.
The time to leave is now. When the RIFs start happening you will be competing for jobs with the others. Get a head of the others before it's too late.
