If you're in BR, didn't you notice that the big Credo mural just outside the cafeteria got painted over about 2 years ago??
the. Credo is what made Verizon the market leader.. the Credo died, so did being the market leader..

Look at the last 10-12 years stock price.
Former net ops fella here, my experience with VZ morale directly followed stock as the attitude changed within the company and not for the better.
Some of the old hats are still around but the kool-aid surely tastes different over the years.
