Should have gotten rid of more of the geos.
Alaska Production Engineering took a 50% haircut.
Given COP Alaska's history of delivering under-performing projects, Willow is probably more likely to under-deliver as well. Precisely what happens when every manager kisses a-s, overestimates their own technical capabilities, but absolutely refuses to take any blame if anything bad happens.
COP has a lot weighing (Wall Street promises) on Willow's success. Failure is not an option, unless ELT wants to tank the stock price. Alaska EE's are pretty safe.
