The upcoming quarterly reports will be awful and to reduce losses, 10% pay cut is necessary across the board, not just at the top.

Only problem is reducing pay when your competitor need to fill their new fab with technicians and engineers across town will ki-l your ability to produce much of anything once demand comes back.......We will just leave if instead of paying us more they decide they need to pay us less.
Honestly this is what worries me. And again they will be “surprised”.
