Top talent left a long time ago and has been cleaning up at AMD and NVIDIA.
This is called the "bozo explosion" and has been happening for the last ten years. It will now accelerate due to the absolutely horrible leadership, management, and treatment of employees. If you're staying, prepare for "C" and "D" players to help run things into the ground.
