CPM = corporate people movement

CPM ongoing through at least Q1 but transitioning to “we hope people quit due to cuts”. It’s cheaper that way.
"Corporate People Movement". Politically correct term for what is ultimately any action that reduces the number of employees.
"Corporate People Movement" is the new program label for the 2022-2023 season of layoffs, the employee told ABC10.

What a Barbara Streisand term.
Outsider here again. Nope. Never worked for Intel.
Each company has their own vocabulary. IBM has "RA"s which translates to "Resource Actions".
I can certainly gather that it amounts to Intel terminating people. My guess - Corporate Personnel Management?
@ bho+1kYcCaCe what’s your best guess? Hint - you’re on a layoff site. Are you a low performer that got fired for SL4 in 2016?
Outsider here. Clue me in - what does "CPM" stand for?
I think this relates to volunteers taking CPM?
OP may be saying more notifications coming in Feb. There has been speculation on other posts that notifications were done for the quarter. That could be the reference point. Give OP a break.
Are you even an employee? The first is still not finished. People are still getting notifications even this week. It’ was always supposed to last through Q1.
Waiting patiently for it to open to manufacturing 🤞
This is a garbage post. CPM will continue through March anyways.
It's all part of the same CPM.
