Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Dear Analysts

Can you ask Mike S what the staff attrition rate is, and if he knows of any other company in the UK that failed to implement a cost of living pay rise, and failed to issue any raises at all in 2022 .

His response will be vague like every other response related to employees: “in line with the industry.” Or he’ll just lie like he did on one of his last townhalls when he went on and on about how superior DXC was positioned because our competitors had high attrition. Meanwhile we had ca 15-20% voluntary attrition in some important markets (even higher rates amongst shorter tenured employees). A master of projection.

How can Mikey get away with saying such blatant lies as
"The first step is to inspire and take care of our colleagues. We are seeing improved attrition due to the way we are taking care of our colleagues and our efforts to change the culture at DXC."

Take care of employee’s what a lie, no merit pay increases except for the board. Glad I took a new job this year with better benefits, more real vacation time and 8%+ pay increase. So duck Mr Shoutly !

Ask how much larger his LT needs to be while we keep decreasing staffing to execute.
