Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Does 5% pay cut mean people currently in CPM will have 5% cut from severance?

The info say pay cuts were effective immediately, so I expect anybody currently in CPM would have their pay cut as well, and then their severance would be calculated based on that lower pay.

I can confirm that the CPM Employee Portal currently shows payout based on employee salary before the 5% reduction.

CPM not affected. Payout estimates already sent to CPM'ed employees based on old base pay. Confirmed by HR rep also.

Since CPM comes with a 9-week redeployment period, there are some employees currently in CPM that will receive their severance after March 1. Will it be reduced?

Doesn't make sense: why to push people to take severance at high amount when the pay is already low. Who runs this place lol
