I feel due to situation getting much worst, this year will have zero raise and zero RSU. What do you think ?

We are going to be lucky to make it to December with jobs. Did you not see the Q4 earnings report? Do you not see what they are projecting for Q1? You should wake up and if you are not retirement ready figure out your plan B stat.

They've said there will be some rewards budget.
Can't imagine it's huge, but they'd just cancel it rather than give out 0%s
RSU are not free. It is part of operating expenses and impact GAAP earnings.
Guessing raises will be near zero but with lots of RSU to "compensate"....
