I suspect the next Clown Hall meeting will discuss focusing on re-alignment (layoffs as in plural) and adding resources in the right places (offshoring to replace who they are running off). Layoff’s will happen Q1.

Yes I do. You’ll see. They’ll enter the all too familiar “say all the trendy corp buzz words as much as you can” and “re-alignments” “re-adjusting” and “adding resources in the right places” will be among them. Afterwards, layoffs. Bottom line, time will tell. You’ll see.
What’ll be funny is the follow up posts from the yes men justifying it all.

They won’t use the word “layoff” it’ll be a discussion on re-alignment and adding resources in the right places. Weeks to a month afterwards, it all equates to a….wait for it…wait for it….layoff.
They rarely discuss layoffs at townhall meetings.
I am going to attend when it happens and listen to the topics. Until then I am enjoying the village and am enjoying a smoothie.
