Intel needs fearless decision makers to put products out. Their hiring team is a piece of cr-p. I left TMG after a rule of 75 retirement several years ago. Made major impactful changes elsewhere and I am still employed in the silicon valley. I feel I am top guy in the industry in what I do. Out of my love for Intel, and because I own boat load of stock, I applied to come back as a G10. I thought I'll turn this ship around in my own small way. I am financially independent and fearless and will be able to make all the correct decisions needed. They declined to even interview me. Unbelievable who they are hiring. The people hiring are so bad that the ones hired are even worse. Good luck to Pat.

Judging by the recycles they HAVE brought back in, it it a recipe for failure. They want to do the same old cr-p they did 10 years ago.
