I think it's agreed that the board of directors has their heads up their ass3s and that a simplified leadership structure is needed. The MTS+ role is purely academic spue of non-reality and they don't deliver any value as all of their tasks are delegated to others and then they get all the credit. How/why are they funded?
Operations was told "Do more with less" after being told verbatim: "Operations adds no value to the company."
Imagine a car dealership saying that about it's mechanic, autobody and paint staff.
"You add no value to this business. Oh, and by the way, we need you to work harder for less money. Think how lucky you are to have us as your employer!"

When I got to T-Mobile many years ago, there were no Sr. Directors or Sr. VP's. There weren't MTS, Sr. MTS or DMTS on the technical level. You had IC's, Manager/Sr. Manager, Director and VP.
The organization has been so top heavily bloated in the past 10 years it isn't funny. You could chop the whole VP level, have no deleterious effect on the company and save a couple hundred million, easy.
All sr manager and director level should be cut.
