How long do you all think this new again RDM position will last this time around? Displaced employees are being given the opportunity to apply for this role but I feel sorry as it may not last too long.

“We” don’t speak for me. This is a trash company full of tu-d people with sh*t all over their mouths. But hey, free meals, right?
Everyone who comes crawling back for a lower paying job is being judged poorly.
Thank you for leaving. We won’t miss you.
After getting messages on Twitter. Let me confirm that isn’t me who posted about taking a RDM role. Sorry peeps , wrong person. We all hoped for layoffs this last round and my wish came true as a ZM in the Midwest, took that severance and was the first person to decline applying to come back. Not sure who posted saying they were me. But that RDM role will be gone quickly as they transition to online. Take your severance and enjoy life. Freier and Sievert are ruining Tmo
Buying time? 3 years? Record low unemployment. Really smart. We’re dealing with one of the best here.
She is just buying time so she can quit on her own terms. Don't be such a judgmental tool.
Express refers to how quickly they’ll be done with the role.
It’s crazy to see the clowns who still bleed magenta think this is for the better. And yes, I applied and took a RDM role for the time being. But you look at Hayes, Sievert and Friere, they’re id--ts. They have no idea how to run a company. Freier has to be one of the biggest mo--ns out there. Follow him on Twitter, people are Laying into him
That being said. RDM role will last 12-18 months top. Look at SMRA and what they did
6 months tops 🤪
