Thread regarding GlobalFoundries layoffs

More insider transactions

Right before our earnings on 14 Feb. Reeder has been disposing his stock systematically since the first week of January. He has sold 117572 shares for a total of 6.6Mil.

Everything is legal here but it does raise eyebrows if our earnings are going to be bad. Especially when they have proactively had layoffs as well to answer investor questions that they have money coming from ONSemi, had layoffs which will help the earnings.

@ fnfe+1kSSHCMo Show us where those who got laid off, hurt you. Are you raising your children to be as rotten as you are? You absolutely represent GF.

Prattle on you failure. That has to eat you alive, the humiliation of getting that email and walking to see HR. The realization that you suc-ked at your job, and were just dead weight. Knowing that your former team has already forgotten you and things are still getting done. And worst of all, realizing you'll never erase the shame of people saying "I'm glad he's gone". You had your chance and you blew it big time. Seeth you failure.

I'll let you in on a little secret, nobody cares. You can post that the guy sold one billion in stock, and you are the only one who gives a sh-t. If it helps your self esteem and boosts your ego, by all means keep posting. Now do what you do best, reply a dozen times trying to sound like different people. GF employees could care less, same thing happens at any company. You'd know that if you actually worked somewhere else. It's only disgruntled failures who were shamefully walked out that seem to care.

Together both CEO and CFO have disposed off roughly 500k and more it makes me wonder how much other BU execs would have disposed off and with the execs jumping off the GloFo boat I think about time GloFo sinks

I hope DR sues you for defamation. You continually post unsubstantiated claims while having no idea what insider trading actually is. You are now liable to be hauled into court. Probably the only thing he'd win is your Xbox, and your parents house though.

Guys
Please ignore the downvoting clown from Glofo and stick to the topic . The guy has serious mental issues. He thinks Besides his pathetic self there is only one other person on this site! Who knows, maybe he can only count to two! Which would make him a good candidate for a SLT or even CEO role at GF.
So back to the topic, any more insider trading at GF today?

Why argue on here? This thread is about the facts on TC and DR cashing in their stock options and RSUs. How they can do it in a blackout period is beyond me (blackout for execs ends 2/14/23) but I'm sure it must be legal, or they wouldn't do it because it is publicly tracked and for sure they would get nailed for insider trading. However, the real question is why are they cashing in so much in a short amount of time Dec/Jan/Feb, what is the real reason?? DR cashed in over $7M already in Feb 2023. Something smells fishy here?? What do they know that we don't know? Is 2Q-4Q 2023 going to be much worse than they predict? Will GF revenue forecast be reduced again? Original forecast back in mid-year 2022 was for $9B revenue in 2023 then in 3Q it was $8B revenue in 2023 and they cut development budget and had resource actions. We are left wondering what is next??? Is the outlook for 2023 revenue much worse than $8B??

We know why I’m here. I actually asked why are you here? You seem angry and frustrated. Everyone else is discussing the company and the layoff, but you focus your conversation and attention on individuals. You also seem to be obsessed that it’s one lone person posting, yet you’re in here also. Are you hearing voices?

No it's just you and your many alter egos who congregate here. You've lost your job, and now you're throwing away that last shreds of your dignity and pride in a shameful attempt at pretending you're happy that you lost your job.
Everyone else effected by the layoff have moved on, and being adults, trying to find new means of employment. Not you, you have to sink lower and lower playing the clown. We're embarrassed for you, yet also pity you.

Guess it never occurred to you that people who were laid off might congregate and discuss layoffs here? I mean, common sense might escape you but when people are laid off they may be upset and need to talk with others. This is a layoff forum for GlobalFoundries and we are discussing layoffs and the effects. Obviously you weren’t laid off and by the way you talk you never would be. So with that said, why are you here? Do you feel the overriding need to bless us with your pejorative wisdom? So tell.

And he and intel’s CFO bought more stock not sold …..

That is what leaders who have faith in their company and product do even when things are down

No one is as pathetic as those that were already laid off, but still complain on a forum, but mask their hatred by saying how good they have it. If your old man was truly a man, he would have taught you to tighten the belt and move on, putting family first, doing what you need to do to provide, rather than whine about how unfair things are. No one owes you, anything.

Pat G , the CEO of intel just took 25% pay cut after announcing headcount reductions and he’s being criticized ( rightly so)by intel employees for not taking a larger cut. And here at GF we have These rejects, TC and DR and other reject s and crooks at SLT grabbing money from company funds in whichever way possible after laying off so many employees, while company business is being shrunk thanks to their own incompetence. And we have those bootlicking mo--ns defending their shameful behavior on this very post, pathetic.

It’s no real surprise, to be honest. SLT is treating US operations as their own little ATM. Plenty of money/investment/strategy being pumped into Bangalore and Singapore but US fabs are being sold and layoffs for US workers. Read the writing on the wall people.

Holy sh-t! Yea and he is CFO? The chief FINICAL officer of Globalfoundries! He must have know faith that those investments will get any better??! What does he know that we don’t? Guess we will find out on 14th. But very bad sign - everyone should be preparing to bail out.

Remember, Obamacare gave you mental health benefits to use toward your seething layoff journey, which has led you to post, as multiple people, about how good your falsified life is after layoffs.

Oh, silly me. You won’t be able to afford such good health insurance once your cobra kicks in, in March. I guess it is to the Obamacare exchanges, for you!

Ciao!
