Some people should never be managers. Here, however, the managers become completely irrational and unprofessional people who do not know how to get the best out of an employee and at the same time expect too much from their employee. What someone wrote that they were asked to change 100 price signs in a very short time is just one of many examples of how they set impossible to meet goals.
