Heads up!

If you are not a top performer good luck! From an EVP who accidentally shared the plan on their screen during a meeting. UHG will have a 7% RIF across the board! C&S Government Programs and Optum will be hit the hardest. Due to acquisitions and millions being lost. This will be done in waves to avoid media exposure. Good Luck!

Top performers have been shown the door including those recently promoted.
WR is subjective and not objective. The goal is to cut cost and ensure top tier continued to get big fat bonuses..despite they are incompetent!

Employees are typically told on Thursdays correct? My performance review has been scheduled for next Thursday. It would be really cruel to let an employee think they are getting their performance review only to find out they are being let go. Ugh.

Quest gov ops had a big reorg on 2/1. No layoffs but the associate director somehow landed a cushy new job as a director in optum. Her job won’t be back filled.

Haven't been on here for a year or two. I see the same layoff cr-p continues. Do your job and be good at it. If not, you'll be shown the door.

This is actually true and going down this week with the Medicare sales teams. One Market Manager from each business market is being cut and it doesn’t have anything to do with “performance”, simply the older ones who are the least liked by their RVP. Making professional decisions based on personal feelings is always the best way to go, right? Karma will win in the end though because the RVP cuts are coming next month hahaha!
