This is what’s being discussed and implemented. The company only wants to put money into automation of job functions. It’s also part how they will decide what products to sell going forward.
I have two years left and very thankful for that.

And there’s no money for automation either.
“ But what the folks running automation won’t tell you is how much effort goes into keeping it running correctly. And then when something changes in the process and the folks who understood it are now gone, everything just slows to a halt.”
Shhhh. That’s our job security. The young leaders change things every month, then we got to re-code everything… automation people are irreplaceable!

Molly, you in danger girl!
‘Bout dang time. Fire all the Level 3, 4 and 5 employees and make the Level 6 physically sit in a store, call center or dispatch garage. Talk to customers and employees. Realize that 1 frontline employee is better than 5,000 leaders making PowerPoints that no one reads to “upsell” (aka slam/cram) insurance features that no customers want. Imagine Stankey popping out the back of the store and asking a customer if they’re being helped and the customer saying the rep disappeared (actually sweating the customer out in the back with the manager until they give in and add insurance just to get the phone.)
2 years left until what?
There’s nothing worth waiting for.
Captain obvious to the rescue!!
T ain’t that smart.
