Appraisals are meaningless.
Same eval, i was offered a position in a state where many were rated lower and I had no experience in the new position. Same for a few others I knew on prior surplus. No moving allowance, but when work from home was an option was approved, I stayed home thru the next three supervisors. Mgt Emp internet moved to supervise call center mgr moved soon to mobile & ended up in finance.
Good people will laid off. We are out of fat to trim.
