With all the tech companies providing cover, Stankey has free reign to cut employees at will.
He has trashed at&t, the only way to satisfy Wall St. Is to cut labor costs.

Since when has Stink needed any cover or other justification to layoff workers to cover for his incompetence?
It's his only skill.
Right sizing the business to increase cash flow. It’s just business, and it sucks.
Getting rid of unneeded workers. Phone company does not need that many workers. Go Stankey!
Per the stock market, "When unemployment goes up, the stock market goes up, it does really well. In other words, the more people laid off, the better the stock market performs. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but that's a historical fact!
