We all know that 50% of the team was laid off to make room for Yeezy. Now that thats finally over, fire Mark for real. What the he-l is the plan ??? There are barely any designers left and they are dropping like flies; completely burnt out from the massive workload of carry the open positions. Is this is the final nail in the coffin? I just want to know if any one has any idea of whats happening??

I'm not privy to what is happening in design, but many departments are running with a skeleton crew. I think Mark needs to be fired too. The most important thing about sales is having quality product, with innovative and atheistically pleasing designs. And if designers are burnt out, what will the product look like? We are already struggling with sales, and the Yeezy thing was a complete failure (which I predicted it would be) and never aligned with Gap's principles. They have failed to deliver for a long time.
