The funny thing is that they make you do all these unnecessary surveys, like employee experience surveys where you tell them that management is the problem and why their scores are so low just so they can fire you and your colleagues. 🤩

The sentiment is the same. I was told once the only way to clean up this org. is to rid off top tier. Just think former CEO made $400millon, in the meantime the need to cut “average” worker to justify to sharesholder because too much work to hold the top tier accountable for the mess? Top tier still getting a big fat bonus check 2023?

OP, I am jealous. I want to get laid off and severance as compensation for having to work on a team of d-mb as--s who can't seem to get jack sh-t done. I would rather be jobless and find something better than wait around for others to do their work so I can do mine. How many people does it take to change a light bulb? Let's have 30 meetings to discuss this. Me, over here...Still waiting for the light to be turned on again so I can see my way.

I have my "verbal water boarding" tomorrow for a CAP that is past it's due date..... grow a pair and either fire me or remove the cap.... pick it! Don't care which way it goes!
Best practice is to give good but not great scores to everything and forget about it.
I stopped doing them after my mgmt tried to tell me how to answer so they would look better. The Insurance business is a cash cow otherwise they couldn’t afford all the mistakes and bad decisions made by an incompetent management and still be a multi billion profit company. Or maybe the profits are because they outsource!
The survey is just so they can see who to get rid of. They don't want ready change, just the illusion they are trying.
