Instead of Meetings they should hold sessions on how Managers should treat human beings that want to work. They look down on you even if your one of their best workers
Yeah we can be replaced. No matter what area you have in the club so they could care less if you quit
Some of our managers say that all the time. If you dont like her attitude, you can quit. They can always replace you. We have had a lot of people quit because of her. Market manager knows and allows everything she does.
No. I've worked at Sam's for 20 years & never seen a manager act like that. Our current group of managers are very engaging & respectful to all associates.
