It seems like the last couple of years we have lost very few, so to there isn't a big motivation to make a large increase to salary or even VCIP

Any news on them offering EOI this year
It will probably only be some of the higher up management that's wanting to retire and cash in.
Not as many as always threaten to go.
Those that had better options have already left.
