Unfortunately making any changes at at&t is akin to turning around an aircraft carrier. It takes forever once the order is given. Believe me, at&t has much bigger issues to deal with. We still have way too many mouths to feed, gotta get headcount down another 30K.
Had occasion to visit a At&T store a couple of times recently. No customers. Employees sitting around with nothing to do. Verizon store down the street. Parking lot empty. Brick and mortar locations basically a thing of the past.
No, we need to buy adult websites, and rebrand as A T&A.
