We had a meeting on the new changes that are happening soon 3% raise not bad if your making 20.00 or more, but for some it's not alot for what we do. But hey it's a job.... that gets no respect or support. After the meeting I walked up to the GM and asked if I could take a few days of PTO since I had 16 hours left, he said "ya go ahead your position is useless anyway" I thought she was joking, nope just walked away from me like I was a non dedicated 17yr associate. I just blew it off because I have 3 kids to feed and don't need to be retaliated on. Where do they get these managers from.

Lmao we have a lot of turds floating around at our store. You know, they sit around the managers office doing nothing, then, we’ll actually, they sit in there gossiping about the associates then they come out and want to delegate when they don’t even answer their radios or phone calls. Pffft yet they got a 6% increase. Something has got to give. 🙄🙄
well just remember that especially a club level its the turds floating at the top
