Us Doers have NO VOICE? Why? Because being a doer by nature means you JUST DO! You don't have time to Spin. Invent. Reinvent.Spin Reinvention. And then ry wolf of your chronic bs campaign backfires on you.
And us Doers don't have the market resources to go Control the Narrative. We don't get to host podcasts. We don't get to travel to conferences and post selfies of getting ready in the Avaya paid hotel room in our bathrobe and post a tic tok of singing into our curling iron. We KNOW what our job is and do it. And do it very well. We don't declare that we work so so hard while spending during work hours listening to our hobbiest podcasts or pontificating about Motivational Speaker quotes. We are too consumed doing REAL WORK using our REAL SKILLS
We don't have to post about how we are going to try to learn a new skill or learn to behave like a professional via our new book read. We were expected to have the skills mastered and the maturity to act like a professional BEFORE we Earned the job offer.
If we made mistakes. We own the mistakes and immerse ourselves into doing the job even better. We don't pontificate about how our haters are useless losers who aren't as good as us and how we are supremely superior.
