Previous person clearly suffers from Stockholm syndrome. Do you also think they cared about each of the hundreds of people that were laid off over the past few years?

You have to applaud our esteemed leadership for giving us a raise which helps partially offset the cost of inflation. If they didn’t care about the employees, we would not have received anything at all.

A reduction in pay in real terms by 3%.

Yes it is BS, but they don’t care if you try to leave because the market isn’t strong.

Read that again.

They don’t care.

SPIRIT values in action!
At COP, we do the bare minimum to make it look like we’re doing something…without actually doing something. Just remember, when chocolate rations are raised from 16 ounces to 12 ounces, it’s time to celebrate!
P.s. how much of a hit did Ryan and the execs get socked with in their wallet? Those poor folks!

It is disappointing as the peers are giving far higher percentage- for example 8% and 10 mid. year adjustment by Shell and XOM. There should be inflation adjustment factored on top of the good company results.

A net pay decrease (in purchasing value) for the workforce in a year of record profits for the company. . . a good look
