They are calling them layoff but they are really firing for incompetency. This the only way to get rid of the worthless people without a lawsuit...just watch...the good people in the layoff groups will end up in good jobs in other departments. This is human resources capitalism. So don't worry, be happy...the rest of the worthless people will be gone soon too...yay!

OP is an id--t. They've laid off swaths of people. I know of at least 5 recent PEAK winners who were axed.
No layoffs today, next round is scheduled next month.

A lot of good guys I know got layoffs, there is no good or bad here. Everything is bad now.
Another d-mb sh-t comment. The layoffs are only damaging TMO. It’s ruining the brand and image. These are future competitors or bad mouthers. Remember that bad word of mouth causes extreme damage against the brand. As far as the most worthless people being let go, not true. I was let go two years ago with my entire group. I embraced the payout. He-l I got another job the very minute the layoff was happening. I just texted my original manager. For those impacted, there is better out there. For those jerks who are drinking the Koolaid, that’s fine. Enjoy the long hours and basic pay. The OP is just an as----e.
