I see people still quitting after the awesome salary increases.
I am seriously assessing my long term career in this company.

As much as the raise last year was better tha expected, competitors are still offering higher salary. For younger workforce that don't see the future of O&G, there is no reason to stay loyal to one company, just go where the money is.
I'm contemplating the same question too. I'm in 15 yrs range which make it more difficult to decide to pivot or transition
