There will be 10 percent reduction in bargained for positions and an additional 10-20 percent in level 2 and up management. Cuts are anticipated heavily in the Mobility group including wireless technicians and distribution.

Mass Markets under Jen Robertson. She announced it in early December on a townhall. Doing a wp lookup that's probably around 400ish people who will be let go. Could be other teams as well but that's the one I am aware of.

10% cuts in which group? Is this company wide cuz that's a pretty significant number of people to lose in one year. I don't believe it one iota because if it was true, T would seemingly have to reduce the numbers of craft personnel as well. Craft is king at this point!
Craft may be "king" right now because all that has been cut in the last 25 years is craft. Management is starting to be realigned to the new reality of the current workforce. This includes transitioning away from obsolete technologies and the management workforce that supported it. Craft will be impacted but it will take a little more time.
