If your waiting on a layoff package you should know in a few weeks based on previous comments but while you wait look around.If you want to leave and are waiting on a package it may not happen but at least you may have other options
Me personally im happy to leave but always keep an eye on other options or career moves.
Also why is it a shock people are unhappy?If you love Dell thats ok but also ok to not enjoy your time here.Just my thoughts
