I already resigned and feel better already. 8.5% pay increase, better benefits, real unlimited vacation and most of all don't have to listen to DXC executive leadership bull sh*t any more.

Nobody is going to oust anything that is a pipe dream. Read the first reply and then read it again, heck read it a third time, they are spot on. I know because I left DXC! It’s the only way!

The good news for those businesses that engage with DXC, there's no need for price increases as DXC sucks at giving its staff increases. Some salaries are the same as they were in 1995. But why does Mike and his execs deserve so much, perhaps the shareholders should oust the board.

No pay raise yesterday, No pay raise today, No Pay raise tomorrow.

Remember the above, it is the DXC motto.

If you are still working for DXC in 2023, you only can blame yourself. Do not blame the company. You know who they are and they will not change.

If you want a pay raise, it is very simple. Just resign and go to another company!
