I know alot of you are complaining to me about the ethics training but please do what my Mary says.
I have instructed my yes men b-ms to chase and ensure you get the training done soon.
Some of you were are saying my ethics are against the training video as I have misled DXC by personally recruiting and handing jobs to second rate ex Accenture gang members and paying them big millions where as the training says you can't recommend low performers as high performers.
You're also questioning us getting shares as rewards then trying to inflate the price by buybacks and takeover rumours where as you get 0 shares.
Others are complaining I don't meet ESG as I'm taking your pay raises and its not very fair.
There's also people saying they haven't come across of bandits like us.
Well your correct on all counts the training only applies to you, I'm above the law, you have no escalation path or manager to goto.
I am Chairman, CEO, and everything so I answer to myself and Mary.
Just do what me and the gang say and don't ask for raises.
How are people booking their time to the required training 🔥
Having now done the official waste of time I have a question, who do I raise the issue of how DXC treat staff with? It fails the "would it look good in a newspaper" test, so according to the course I should report it, but who to?
