The senior management cannot be trusted and those who are promoted knows how to work the venomous system.
Looks like they’ve been shafting every Associate Partner from day one. Unless you’ve been here from the grad scheme and worked your way up to Band A-C, you are absolutely wasting every minute of your life here.
Word of advice for external experience hires, don’t trust place or it’s people and especially those who says 20+ years. Most unethical group of senior management I’ve ever seen.
