Never show loyalty by putting in a two weeks notice, just leave, they didn't give me 2 weeks, they lied for the last year about huge raises coming to my team to counter inflation. They over worked me, they used us, no let's use them. Do NOT be loyal

I’m bummed. With your wife gone I’ll have to find another place to plug my hims card I mean SIM card at work.
Agree w/poster re: spouses should NEVER work at the same company. Sure, meet, fall in love, blah, blah, blah but one of you, find another job elsewhere.
T-mobile is following suit with the prepaid industry. Company owned brick and mortar don’t make money. An all authorized retail model is extremely profitable and zero to little overhead. I assure you all company owned stores will be a thing of the past. (Level 3 competitive intelligence manager)
Union? They’re building more corporate stores and closing more dealer stores. And getting rid of unnecessary middle management. Even with Metro corporate stores closing, sales reps are all being retained. Seems fair to me.
A union for IT at T-Mobile seems like a very good idea now more than ever before. I dare ya! All it takes is a few meetings and a mighty shake of the pen!!!
I think MS was clear on inflation wage increases, not going to happen. Unless, you are a C-Level executive and your bank account went from $4M down to $3.99M. It's a tragedy that they are living under these conditions! #FireTheT-MobileBoardofDirectors!!!

Didn’t you get at least 60 days notice before you’re off payroll unless you find a position?
