As horrific as tipsord has been to this company, he at least had the legacy culture to keep him in check, and seemed to sometimes care what the employees thought of him.
The next CEO wont have that.
Whichever CEO follows Tipsord will likely make us miss Tipsord. There might be some chance on backing down from the brutal and cold Tipsord style if they get a decent human in there, but im betting they go external for the CEO and the first action will be to ramp up offshoring to claims and underwriting.
