I drove a Tesla Model 3 and Model Y last week.
As a retired Ford engineer I can say that Ford Motor Company is helically wound around an inclined plane.

New Ford products were once exciting. Not any more.

Not to mention Tesla has the lowest 10-year maintenance prices, next in line is Toyota. The list I looked at had the top 16 and Ford/Lincoln were not on it.

So Tesla just slashed the price of their flagship ‘luxury’ model S Plaid by $21K. There are several available for immediate delivery. Hope you all got yours before Christmas!

Used ones with less than 10K miles all over the web for 30K under MSRP, that was before todays price drop. It’s called brand dilution and low residuals. Enjoy.

@ihf+1kFhwU0r. The article lists the 2022 sales of several luxury brands, but Lincoln is not listed there. Why do you think is that?

BTW, even with the Tesla stock being flat this year, and Ford's up 14%, Tesla is STILL worth more than Ford. I'd sell the Ford stock if I were you.

Tesla wins because they have Elon Musk as CEO. Ford doesn’t win because we have Bill Ford, his family. and Farley, a clown show.

Tesla stock down 60% last year with the biggest seller being the CEO ($45B). Truth. Tesla flat on the year for 2023 and Ford stock up 14%. Truth. Ford pays a dividend. Truth.
