Who's gonna replace them?
Corporate PBXs have already been replaced by the endless number of web-based communication alternatives, e.g., Slack, Teams, GTM, Zoom, etc., plus the fact that everyone has a personal cell phone now. Most companies quit wasting money on PBXs years ago.
Even 15 years ago, while at a Fortune 50 company, my team used to joke how we never used the Avaya phones on our desks. PBXs are as relevant as landlines today.
Like the Amiga computer brand Avaya will flourish and grow.
Of course they will. Whose gonna replace them. I used to work in this industry. Talk all crp but their system is better. I tried them all, even cisco pbx cant compare. They struggle with larger companies tho
