Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

AXG

What has the AXG re-org resulted in? Are there more layoffs, esp in HW? What's the overall mood?

AXG has been a gaint failure because it's the same folks who were in VPG. Rinse and repeat mindset with that ORG. Same manager's repeating the same failures over and over. When is enough going to be enough! Start with Lisa P and most of her direct reports then look at middle management and low performers. Clean hosue already or Intels graphics will continue to fail.

Focus on work and things will be fine. Stop negative thinking. Think positive

1vxy may be sarcastic. There have been actions in AXG. Don’t think it’s geo specific.

@1vxy what are you talking about? Is this geo specific? Because I've seen at least 3 people on blind who were asking for input on their Qualcomm offers because they were let go from AXG

$3B cost cut target for 2023... Stop wasting time, ki-l discrete graphics and cut the heads by 50% and just move on. End the shareholder value destruction and call it a day.

No layoffs in AXG. Actually AXG will start hiring in q2 2023.

AXG re-org is moving deck chairs - no layoffs yet, just orgs jostling with each other to jettison headcount.
