Wasteful management everywhere. Ridiculous job positions at SF to create ‘work flow’ and to think of new ‘ideas.’ The rot starts at the head.

Worked at SF for 15+ years and left. With the push for cloud it should have been obviously to anyone still focused on on-premises infrastructure...dying business for most folks who aren't required to have stuff like high performance computing, etc.
Bloat 100%, lazy folks 100%, in there are some quality folks for sure

Well process paperwork faster or get paid for your brain.
