Older staff are more difficult to manage and cost more.
Layoffs are on the way but still hiring for grads in some areas.
They want cheaper robots.

i had a manager tell me on a call that he was so sick and tired of his older staff feeling entitled to their job and that's why he put a few of them on the list to "shake that team up"
i was thinking what a f duche you put 40 years of experience on a list based on your feelings? i didn't say anythin because hes a man and a powerful direc under pat
im an IC but think I'll be ok given this dir discloses all sorts of stupid stuff he shouldnt

dell legal won't let anyone select by AGE as a slection cryteria

the selection is by L6/l5 - it's 100% and old boys club at dir level and above - so under the covers your prob right they are so immune to oversight - kevin, the only one who cares about people, has no idea
I heard 200% lafoffs are imminent. Everybody is going to be fired twice just to be sure
