Our PDS conversations are scheduled for last week of January to set up who is moved to vendor and who is let go. Not sure if there are going to be merit conversations since all of us are either being moved to vendor under their payroll or laid off.

PDS conversations, ratings, and finalizations must be completed by 1/31 across the enterprise.

Pay conversations are completely separate this year and will not be discussed until late February or so, per usual.

So much for pay for performance, eh?

Our PDS in ASDU are required to be done by 1/31/2023. Moved up in anticipation of layoffs and rebadging so they know based on ratings what happens to whom.

We will have them in March. I’ve been lucky if I get to 4% in prior years and even in those situations they acted like they did me some huge favor.

Lol, just LOL, PDS “conversations” don’t happen til at least March or April and you won’t see any raise until May. Expect 2-3% if BTE and otherwise nothing. “The budgets tight this year” they’ll say!! “We are only allowed so much per department “ they’ll also say!! Remember friends that anything less than 7% is a pay reduction due to inflation! Now let’s jack up those premiums and get slaving away for our new Indian/vendor overlords!! The shareholder need a new pair of everything and you’re going to get it for them, “rockstar” (ba-f)
